Separate workspaces per client, approval workflows when reviews matter, and analytics your team can use in client conversations. Octopost gives agencies a cleaner way to run social accounts at scale.
Each client can live in its own workspace - separate social accounts, team members, content calendar, analytics, and settings. Switch between clients quickly and reduce the risk of mixing up accounts or approvals.
Editors create content. Owners or admins can approve it. When approval mode is enabled, posts go into review before scheduling, and comments keep feedback attached to the work instead of scattered across chat.
Track available reach, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content per client. Use the data to explain what happened, what worked, and what your team should do next.
Every client gets their own accounts, calendar, team, and analytics. Nothing bleeds over.
Editors create, owners or admins review, and approval mode keeps sensitive posts from skipping the review queue.
Owner, Editor, and Viewer roles. Grant exactly the right access to the right people.
Reach, engagement, and follower growth tracked separately for every client.

Yes. A single Octopost account can be a member of multiple workspaces. Switch between clients from the workspace switcher - each workspace is completely isolated with its own accounts, calendar, team members, and analytics. The number of workspaces you can manage depends on your plan.
Yes. You can invite clients to their workspace as a Viewer (read-only) or Owner role. As a Viewer, they can see the content calendar, scheduled posts, and analytics without being able to edit or publish. As an Owner, they can approve or reject posts before they go live.
Enable approval mode in the workspace settings. From that point, any post created by an Editor goes into a review queue instead of scheduling directly. An Owner reviews each post and can approve it (it then schedules as intended), request changes with inline comments, or reject it. The Editor is notified and can revise and resubmit.
Plans include limits for connected social accounts, workspaces, scheduled posts, and team members. For agencies, the main constraint is usually how many client accounts and collaborators you need. See the pricing page for current plan limits.
Set up your first client workspace in minutes. No long-term contracts.
