Octopost supports the inbox item types exposed by each platform API, including Instagram comments and DMs, Facebook Page comments and Messenger, LinkedIn post comments, X mentions, TikTok comments, YouTube comments, and Threads replies. Pinterest comments are not currently available through Octopost.

Yes, when the connected Instagram account and Meta permissions allow DM access through the Instagram Messaging API. Business or Creator setup and required Meta permissions may affect availability.
